AVALA Care are proud to offer access to first-class physicians, therapists and treatments in the Covington area. 

  We are located off the service road near AVALA Hospital and AVALA Therapy. Coming from Highway 190, take the Fairway Exit and turn towards Lakeview Regional Medical Center. At the stop light, take a right. Go past AVALA Hospital and AVALA Therapy and come down the road, you will see our black AVALA Sign. We are on the first floor of the building. The entrance is in the middle of the building, the doors facing the street.
