  We are located off the service road near AVALA Hospital and AVALA Therapy. Coming from Highway 190, take the Fairway Exit and turn towards Lakeview Regional Medical Center. At the stop light, take a right. Go past AVALA Hospital and AVALA Therapy and come down the road, you will see our black AVALA Sign. We are on the second floor of the building. The entrance is all the way to the right. An elevator is near the entrance for patient convenience!
